lavish them
with personal care and attention. No detail was to small, from the size
of the bubbles in
the fermenter, to the depth and evenness of the char in the white oak

Booker's Bourbon
Aged six to eight years; bottled at natural proof, between 121 and 127
proof.
Taste: Intense fruit tannin and tobacco. It has a deep, rich, smoky
amber color. It is a
dynamic distilled spirit.
Baker's Bourbon
Aged seven years; bottled at 107 proof. Taste: toasted nuts, fruit, and
vanilla, a silky
texture with a nose to match, ending with a smooth finish. Popular with
cognac and
single malt drinkers.
Basil and Hayden
Aged eight years, bottled at 100 proof. Taste: spicy, peppery, honey,
light-bodied with a
gentle bite. Has a dry finish, beautiful golden amber in color, with
the
aroma of spice, tea, and peppermint. Appeals to drinkers of
Canadian Whiskey and Blended Scotch.
Knob Creek
Aged nine years; bottled at 100 proof. Has a long rich and glowing
finish. The color is
copper to medium amber. The aroma is toasted nuts and grain. It's taste
is rich, sweet,
woody, and full-bodied. A favorite of single malt fans.
